I remember last year when I was pregnant it snowed and we took these pictures and now our little Amelie gets to experience her first snow. Which I can't say she was that impressed with. Antonio was making her smile here but a second earlier she was not happy with the frosty white stuff.
Taking photos in snow is hard. They either come out too under or over exposed so it involves some clever camera manipulation. Which thanks to the Capturing Childhood course I'm currently doing, I am slowly beginning to grasp.
I hope if you have snow where you are you've had lots of fun in it. Something about seeing it twirl from the sky and settle really does bring out the child in us!
Living in Australia I've never experienced the magic of snow.

It's funny how on the opposite side of the world I'm dressing Kip in singlet and boarders. How very Aussie of me.
